Bootcamp Ireland Bettystown

Heard Bootcamp Ireland are also starting up a new 8 week session in Bettystown beach, has anyone any experience of doing bootcamp training on the beach, would I be better to start in Ashbourne on a grass surface? Haven't done a tap of excercise in about 3 years? Might not be fit for the sand dunes......
