Can anyone reccommend a Dublin CC pub that does good pub grub during the day and maybe has seating outside to relax and watch people as they go by. That sounds a bit creepy but I just prefer to be around somewhere with a bit of atmosphere. Thanks!

Think the Cafe en Seine has outside tables. Its opposite the Mansion house.

Dakota on South William Street is a good people watching spot.
