    can anyone advise on the best/cheapest place to do the PRINCE 2 project management exams in Dublin. Are they tough to get? is it best to the one week long course with both exams?

    Exams can now be taken online and all training PRINCE2 companies offer this.    The advantage is that you can take the exam anytime from anywhere (you just need a stable internet connection and a webcam on your PC).  
    Most common question:  What about security (how do they know who I am) ?  
    - The WebCam is on during the full exam   
    - You have to show your ID to the camera  
    - And no other person is allowing into the room during the exam.    
    For training: you can choose between Classroom and Self Study.
