Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Windows Explorer Crashes When Opening Folder

I have Vista (i'm led to beleive its 64 bit but some programs will only run when i download the 32 bit version).

I have a Dell Studio XPS, Interl Core 2 Duo P8600, 4GB DDR3 Ram. NVIDIA GeForce 9400 Graphivs card.

I am having 2 major problems.

1st one is when I start the PC, it crashes alot. I have to turn it off without shut down and restart it, and normally will have to do that 4-5 times before it works. This seems to have something to do with a program called Trend Micro Internet Security. I reckon it is something to do with when it tries to update on start up.

2nd one is when I open my "Downloads" folder, Windows Explorer crashes. Just now I have downloaded the new copy of Reaper and I cant even click on the icon to open it.

Any help would be much appriecated.

    Thanks

That will work with the start up problem, but obviously not ideal.

Im not sure about trying to open the downloads folder.
