I had my car valeted by these guys a few weeks ago.
They offer a service called "fogging" where they steam the inside of the car with a box of scented steam.
My car has never been smoked in so I don't know how it would do on that smell but it seemed to work pretty well.

Put a bowl of boiling water with some detol or savlon in it into the car close doors ,windows and top up with more boiling water every 20 mins .Do this for a few hours.

Take up smoking. You'll never be bothered by that smell again.
