Locator Light on Switch

Hi I have a light that which is controlled by 2 way swithcing. On one of the switch boxes I want a neon locator lamp. The locator is to be glowing when the light is off and off when the light is on. How do I wire this into the 2 way switch?

not certain but i think legrand do a switch with exactly what you are looking for, and when leds are off they are not visible coz there behind the switch plate and shine through it
