A recent order took a full 8 days...probably the longest wait I've had but they threw in a free 25th birthday 750ml bidon so I'm happy.

Grrr! I sent back an FSA stem that refused to work with my steerer tube. I ticked the box next to "refund" and enclosed a letter stating clearly what the problem was. I got an email from CRC a week and a half ago saying the stem had been sent back to their supplier and they would contact me when they hear back.

Today I got a replacement stem in the door, without any notice and despite the fact I asked for a refund. I bought a 3T stem that works perfectly so now I am left with a stem I don't need or want. In my letter I explicitly stated that the shim was gripping the steerer but the stem was not gripping the shim, even over the recommended torque. Getting me a new stem was not going to change this, it just doesn't work.

They Must have someone new working in dispatch, I ordered road gloves from them and they sent DH gloves plus it was late by a week. I know of someone that sent back a 3mp gopro for repair and was sent a 5mp one in return!!

Ye the free stand is great. It's an x-tools bolt on to the wall type. I reckon I order so much off them, they might have thought i'm setting up shop and needed a helping hand.
Also got another free bottle in the post today!

I ordered stuff from Wiggle last thursday, didn't pay for priority dispatch (on principle) and the stuff arrived today. With nothing free in the box.

Bah, I only buy from them now if I'm saving at least a tenner over CRC.
