    Looking for a rough guide on how much my S40 is worth if selling privately:

    2006 Volvo S40 1.6 diesel
    135,000 KM,
    Metalic silver,
    Full main dealer service history,
    2 owners (including me)
    SE spec including full leather interior,
    Great condition.

    Edit: Note to modes that this is not a feable attempt at pimping, just looking for some guidelines.

    We haven't sold one of those since July last year, but we got just shy of €10,000 (trade) for an 06 S40 1.6D SE with 148,000km on.

    Book value adjusted for mileage is €11,420. Should sell fairly easily around the €10,000 marque. I'd be pushing for at least €11,500 in a trade in.

    Thanks, had a figure in my head of around €9500/€10k private.
