Hi all. We have an apartment in Budapest and we are trying to locate a decent, honest estate agent. We've been stung before by our last agent who thought that the odd month's rent was ok from the tenant but that all utility bills were to be our problem €€€€ We'd like an estate agent to find a decent tenant to pay…

We'd like an estate agent to find a decent tenant to pay reasonable rent...is it too much to ask???
Still, can't help but say, the city is beautiful, that's for sure
