    I got 25 posts but still nothing do I have to do it manually ?

    Hi there. Go to your UserCP (top left corner, under the Boards logo). On the Control Panel on the left hand side of the screen go to Settings & Options and click on Edit Options. Scroll down to the Visible Post Elements there's an option Show Avatars. Make sure that's ticked and then hit Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
