The brand "Monin" is very good.
Should be found in Fallon & Byrne, Exchequer Street.

you could try celtic whiskey shop, they have lots and lots of cocktail - y bits and pieces.. it's on dawson street, green end.

Anywhere that carries cocktail type spirits (the bogey ones that you don't drink on their own)
