There was a thread in 2005 and another in 2007. There might have been one since but I haven't seen it, not that I looked. I'd like to nominate the following users for having great usernames (imo): Sue Ellen Ewing - fantastic show, fantastic actress, fantastic avatar landsleaving - reminds me of a South African country farm…

It's the subtle mixture of assonance and plosiveness, it doesn't so much roll off the tongue as pole vault. Plus it suggests he's a testicular physician, and a damn good one at that.
