Looking to get a video chat website built (using out of box packages)

    Hi there,
    I am looking to get a video chat site built, similar to chatroulette. I have come across a couple of out of the box packages that claim to provide most of what is needed.

    There's www.clonechatroulette.com and www.videowhisper.com.

    Videowhisper provide a limited free version, to allow for testing and so on.

    If one of these packages are good enough I'd be happy to go with them and for the developer just to implement and customise it. The support service on videowhisper doesn't seem great at all, they take several days to respond to emails for example, so the developer would have to know how to do it with little or no assistance.

    Are the skill sets required for a job like this very specialised? How would I go about finding a developer who could build it for me?

    If there's anyone here interested in sending me a rough quote, feel free but please note my budget is limited for this!
