Credit Union account for kids

We set up credit union accounts for our kids a few years ago, and throw a few quid into it whenever possible. Because the interest rate is terrible, is it possible to move this money out of their accounts and into a better saving account (eg An Post savings certs) Or because the accounts are their and not ours, are we…

no it should be fine once you opened the account yourself

My kids have a credit union account and I think they get a better interest rate rather than the post office tbh.
