For the record I called it.

Maybe if I'd bought multiple copies of CT it would be coming even sooner...

    Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat is this.
    No year-long delay?

    Suuuuure it is.

I bought CT day one full price, as a direct result there can be little doubt that they will release the marginally upgraded version as soon as possible.

It's your own fault you wouldn't be complaining if you had imported it.

    Us working-class with the 360 couldn't Mr.Rich-Pants.

In all fairness, if nobody had bought it thinking that CS would be out so soon, then they would have thought that it wouldn't sell here, and then not release it, or release it another year after the US version :pac:

Do not talk to this filthy rabble good sir, with their underpriced, overheating "console".

Our Linux-able* entertainment computers shall prevail, and bring us titles well before the European Untermenschen get their filthy paws on them.

*as of 2010 not actually Linux-capable

So wait this game has been out everywhere but Europe already?

    For how long... and ....why?

  • Registered Users Posts: 91 ✭✭LIFETRAP

It's still gonna be out sooner in the US to import anyways.

It's not out in Japan until July.

    US in July too, right?

Not sure but if it follows the pattern set by CT then yes.

US release is supposedly end of July.

Is BlazBlue any good? I wouldn't mind trying it when it comes out.

Is it a difficult game to learn? The high technical ability needed to play MvC2 and the ton of frame data you need to know for Tekken put me off those games a little.

BlazBlue is a lot of fun and the entry skill barrier is really low, especially if you pick one of the simpler characters like Ragna or Nu.

I posted a far-too-wordy guide on where to start with the game in forum a while back, long ago for me to not be bothered hunting out the link anyway! :P
I think it got mirrored on SFIE, too.

Best thing to remember when starting is that you can ignore most of the mechanics until you get good. Guard Libra and Instant Blocking shouldn't be something to think about until you're comfortable with the basics of airdashing and gatling combos.
