    ok i got predictions for bio and one says

    "induced fit hypothesis (enzyme)"

    but i dunno what that is :S:S:S

    It's basically the more modern name for Lock and Key.
    Induced fit means that the Enzyme holds a specific shape slightly different than it's substrate but the Enzyme molds around the substrate at the active site until it is completely bound to it so it can begin catalysis.
