is there normally a bolt that you take out under the deck to let oil drain out. saw in a dealers they had the lawnmower turned on its side and let it drain out through the place where you put it in.

They possibly could of had a seized sump bolt and could only get the oil out the same way it went in. then again it might just be quicker and easier.

Ask BP they might be able to shed some light of the situation...

I know on my lawnmower ya have to just tip it on its side and let it flow out where it went it.
    That's what the manual recommends!
Prob just easier than going loosening bungs and stuff
