Clawback of owner occupier relief

hi there, Does anyone know from what date the clawback applies? I bought my house in 1999 and rented it in 2002... the form you fill out for the revenue declaring the fact that you rented within the year period refers to provisions on or after april 2001... a bit confusing! Lughaidh
