Anyone round here living with Gilbert's Syndrome? Any good sources of information / tips on minimising symptoms?

Gilbert Syndrome by definition, is asymptomatic, mild bilirubinemia. i.e there are no symptoms to minimise. People with this condition might get a bit jaundiced if they don't eat for 24 hours + or from stress.

It's also a protective factor for atherosclerosis.
