Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know it's short notice, but I'm looking to buy/borrow/rent a copy of the Companies Acts for my CAP 1 Law on Monday ... if anyone would have a copy, could you PM me? I'm based in Dublin ... would appreciate it! :)

Are we allowed bring that book into our exam with us?

Also, while we're on it, anybody got any tips for cramming for this subject?
Any sections you'd recommend ignoring or giving special attention?

    Thanks!

Haven't a clue what to cram :( There's so much in it! Half a subject ... yeah right!

Right, panic is on to try and get a copy so!
Thanks for that, wouldnt have had a clue that we could bring it in otherwise, the institute are useless with telling us anything like that!

Sure if you think of any tips let me know!

I'm taking the law in between my final exams in college.

95% certain I'm going to fail it and have to re-sit it in Sep :(

Reviewing the syllabus here, SURELY there must be some worthless parts to it??

I picked up the Law for Accountants Toolkit. Has 14 cases in it. If I got them down tonight, do you reckon I should pass it? (50% is all I'm looking for here)
