    Ok I'm taking a nice girl out for cocktails next week as a first date. I'm new to Dublin so dont know where anything is but we'll be meeting somewhere in Rathgar. Wheres a good cocktail bar?? Something reasonably quiet so we're not yelling at eachother.

    I noticed the Bijou Bistro has an upstairs cocktail area but thats the only one I've seen/found. Anyone any ideas?? Thanks :)

    Not much in Rathgar wrt cocktails. Just go into the city center, there's plenty of buses going in/out of rathgar to town.
