Hope this is in the right spot. Can I disable the email alerts that are generated every time someone replies to a thread I have posted in? I seem to become auto 'subscribed' to threads by virtue of just posting in them, hence the alerts...? Cant see anything in the FAQ's..... Any assistance appreciated :) Mailbox is…

Got to "Default Thread Subscription Mode". change to "Do not Subscribe". Also, in the e-mail you get, there is a link for un-subscribing you to **all** threads you are already subscribed to.
