    Hi.

Moving to KK in the summer and will be working in St. Lukes.

Where would people recommend living that's 10-20 mins walking distance from there?

Also, any good gyms, pools, running routes around the city?

Freshford Rd, Sycamores, Aylesbury, Banim Tce, Bishops Hill, Riverside Drive, Meadow Hill, Talbots Inch, Talbots Gate would be the areas around the hospital.

Gyms & Pool: Watershed is public and brand new, in my opinion Hotel Kilkenny is the best one.
Running route, ring road is safe and long, the castle park would also be nice and popular. Cabaal would probably be a better man there though for advice on that.

Newpark Hotel pool is pretty nice now also... love the outdoor hot tub basically, vitality pool they call it I think. Regardless, the place is much nicer since they upgraded the leisure area.

It is indeed a delight to behold.

Full of obnoxious kids with faux American accents in the summer time though. And all winter you have oul lads talking sh!te at you about 'the match on Sunday'.

    Lovely facility though.

If you can afford it, live in Talbot's Inch. It's as if God himself built the housing estate he would most like to live in and placed it lovingly on the Freshford Road.

It's affectionately knows as The Inch. Or on particularly sunny days, The Shire.
