Star Ocean Second Evolution help

In Star Ocean Second Evolution, I'm stuck in the Hoffman Ruins (and currently level 96), what am I supposed to do? Which thing am I supposed to blow up? And am I too high leveled? How far am I in the game? I have no idea. I need help please.
