Thread still not showing in Work problems

    Hi, I posted an anonymous thread in Work problems on Friday and it still hasn't been approved...surely Mods need to be online once a day at least so these threads get approved?

    Hi there. I've just had a look at the forum and yours is not the only thread awaiting approval. However, there are no threads awaiting approval that were posted before 10pm that day. As I'm sure you're fully aware, Boards mods are all volunteers and have lives outside of the site, particularly at the weekend. I'm also sure you didn't fail to notice what a beautiful day it was yesterday, which further reduces the likelihood of mods being around. In fact the site as a whole was very quiet yesterday. We don't expect mods to be around 24/7, and it's not unusual for many not to be around at the weekends. Normally admins don't like to step on the toes of mods, but as a one-off I've approved any threads outstanding in that forum.
