Is there anyone live in St Patrick's Court, Clanbrassil street lwr, Dublin8?

Just wondering what do they do under our Apartments? Golden Value shop...I know they sell something in one shop, how about the one beside it? I never saw its open as a shop, but what I saw is some people went in there especially night time when I off work...What's going on there? Chinese Brothel???
