Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My headset is recognised in the playback devices. I can hear sounds when I use the "test" sounds but even though I've got it plugged in, it still plays iTunes and other programs through the internal laptop speakers...

It did this the other day and I decided to roll back the driver and then restore the driver back and all was handy and dandy. Now it's happening again and I'm unsure whats causing it.

    Computer: Compaq 511
    Os: Windows 7
Audio Codec: IDT High Definition Audio Codec

    bump.

This issue seems to be caused by Skype.

    The headset works with Skype.

I close Skype down and try iTunes, firefox or a game and the sound starts coming through the speakers even though my headset is plugged in.
