Quick question... If your living in student accommodation with a contract signed that you pay X per week but then realize that everyone else in the same complex is paying a cheaper rate - I assume because a contract is signed, you have no leg to stand on if you raise the issue with the agent?

You might have a difficulty. However, is their any out clause to cancel the contract?

Is the a service level / cost agreement between the accommodation provider and the college?
