I'm trying to figure out where a person is from based on the video recording of their voice located at :

Questions:

(a) Where would you say this person is from?
(b) What ethnic group do they belong to?
(c) If you were to picture in your mind a description of the speaker, what would they look like ? (As part of a study I'm doing, I am curious as to possible physical descriptions based on tone of voice, accent, etc...)
