How are you finding F1 kev?

  • Registered Users Posts: 604 ✭✭✭I use the name izambard here also.

Ok, guys. Let's get a show of hands, who's picking up MoH and is interested in the multiplayer? Since MoH is out on the 15th, let's figure that out first. CoD:BO isn't out for three weeks after MoH so there's plenty of time to discuss that game then.

I'll get M.O.H. if enough interest is shown.

I will be picking up MOH. I used to enjoy the previous ones.

You misunderstood me my good sir. I was implying that the thought of purchase would eventually morph in to the act of purchase depending on a proposed community. I for one do not intend to 'lone wolf' in my future gaming endeavours as I find this to be both redundant and trivial at my stage of life. Pressure from one's peers I assure you is a long forgotten notion.

I'll end up buying both. I can see people being concerned that the clan will become diluted by the amount of shooters but i think the cream will rise to the top and we should all end up playing whichever one is the best.
BTW F1 2010 is one of the most maddening yet satisfying experiences I've had on the 360. I'm mostly doing time trials at the moment to learn the tracks but the satisfaction gained from shaving a few tenths off a lap is huge. Getting it wrong 3 or 4 corners from the end of a blistering lap and invalidating that lap AND the next lap makes me want to kick the cat! (I hate cats so it doesn't take much)

Same here. The points thing... is that where every time you kill someone this big dumb ribbon flashes right across your f.o.v? What the hell are they thinking?

Really??? I was thinking of getting it as my dirty little secret and playing it under one of my other gamertags. I loved the first one... pity :(

I just don't like the game mechanic. Never played the first one but if you liked it there's no reason you'll dislike this. I gave it an attempt but it's just not my glass of Captain Morgan. I think I'll stick to what I know.

  • Registered Users Posts: 507 ✭✭✭cycocycle

I downloaded case zero but i couldnt get into it either. A lot of the bad points of the original seem to remain.

I'm enjoyed the first one which admittedly took some time to grow on me.
Multiple playthroughs are key to completing the game without too much frustration

Paid 45 euro and got 800 ms points along with it. Not bad really but I'll be using it for a deposit on M.O.H. Just can not get into it.

You should try out online coop with cableguy before you trade it in

It all just seems to be; run run, hit hit, dodge dodge, save some one to help level up, why should I care, I actually don't care, o look I can kill with a bin, I now don't care I can kill with a bin, is my child a zombie yet! All this whilst the 'Count Down' theme plays in my head. I know that seems simplistic and I'm sure the game is layered but I don't care. Dunna, dunna, dun dun dun dooooooo!

You can just ignore the main mission and escorts and just kill zombies. They have an ending for that scenario if that's your glass of captain morgan
