    How much would a 1300sq ft dormer house cost to build in east cork per sq ft? any ideas? any builders out there?

    Far too generalistic question imo, completely depends on the spec of the house! We have plans for a 3000 sq ft house and quotes are ranging from €220,000 - €300,00+

    I think you'll get more accurate quotes if you provide more info and move to the Rec - Home & Garden - Construction & Planning forum...
