Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

right, so to run both channels on my preamp and my power amp my signal has to be in stereo, one to each channel. which is the cheapest/most effective way of doing this? the boss ch1 has stereo outputs, but is there a cheaper alternative?

A Y-Cable from Maplins like this one should sort you out: http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=224856

so you want to split a guitar signal into stereo put it through a microphone preamp and then into a power amp?

Cheapest way would be make a single jack to 2 jack cable y cable even

Why do you want to do it?

sorry, i got the chain wrong. it'd be the guitar into one channel of the preamp and THEN splitting the signal to stereo, so i have 100 watts running into the cab, rather than the one sided 50 watts. but if there was no y cable, i would've had to get a pedal with stereo outputs
