    Hi All,

Hoping to get your advice and feedback.

We run a fitness coaching service in Sandyford, and were thinking of putting on a children's fitness summer camp.

Before we do that we wanted to pick your brains. Firstly, is this something you'd have an interest in sending your kids to?

What would you like to see in the summer course? We were thinking with teaching them healthy exercise habits and to educate them on nutrition, show them how to stretch and include fun games for exercise as well.

What sort of price point would you have in mind?

Anything else you'd like to know or suggest we'd be happy to respond.

We've taught children's martial arts classes for a number of years prior to this but we feel fitness and active living has a much broader appeal and is also very important in this day and age.

    Thanks,
    Colm
