    I have recently bought one of the few 4 bed semi's available in the 1st Phase. I have sent posts on Boards to a very bad response nothing but people accusing me of being a developer, for bragging about being happy about my purchase. People never happy to see others happy, especailly when it comes to house purchases. No wonder people scared to buy in this day and age. Anyways.

    Has anyone else bought here?

    Any thoughts on the flooring/kitchen and fireplaces?

    Anyone know anymore about the move in date? I been told between end aug-beg oct.

    All info would be welcomed.

    Any other thoughts chuck them in too.
