    hi all just to let you know i needed a logo for my web site so i came across logo design guarantee, now i payed for a logo and also a flash logo for my site the logo turn out fine but when they send the final files for the logo no flash logo. I contacted them about it so they said they will look in to it, i thought nothing of it so i went on ahead and payed an other 24 pound for business card designs they turn out really bad so i wanted a refund.
    Cause they say on there site 100% money back anytime and guess what i never got my money back its been 4 weeks now and still cant get my money back they just will not reply to my emails and there is no phone number.
    So i have been out 24 pound for bunnies cards and also 39 pound for a flash logo that i never got so any one that wants a logo don't go to logo design guarantee cause if your not happy you will not get your money back and there work is not good for cards so I'm just letting everyone know what there like
    I would be interested to hear of others that have experienced similar treatment from logo design guarantee

    If you are not getting any satisfaction from the company, you can contact your credit card company to arrange a chargeback.

    If you paid for something you didn't receive or was not discribed above. I wouldn't buy such an item with no contact details. Contact your credit card company and email the company you ordered it from with some legal quote from some act if there is one so you can get attension from the company.

    Dudara's advice is sound - make sure to have a record of the e-mails that were sent but received no response to. Also, times and dates of telephone conversations is a good idea. In short, be in a position to demonstrate that you have exhausted all avenues of communication in order to resolve the issue but the other party is being uncooperative.

    Thanks guys i rang my credit card company they are sending me out forms to fill in to get my money back so helped alot thanks
