Start Finish hours Mon 13.30 11.30 10 Tue 13.30 01.30 12 Wed 13.30 11.30 10 Thur 13.30 11.30 10 Fri 17.30 03.30 10 Sat 15.30 01.30 10 Sun 18.00 02.00 8 70 / 2= 35 average. Above are my hours of work. Above are my hours of work. I do a 4 on 4 off shift. I'm not the best a maths but this 35 average that my boss has come up with does not seem right. Since I do a 4 on 4 off the least amount of hours I could work in any given week is 38 hours. So how is the average 35??
Am I being done here or am I missing something? Should the average should be done over an 8 day week ? Thanks for you help on this one.

What few breaks I get are paid.
I don't understand how she came up with the 35 hours.
Minimum amount of hours is 38 max is 42.
