Electric Shower not working

Hi, I have a triton electric shower and it is not working, its only 12 months old, the light on the power button is not on and when I press the power button nothing happens no water is coming out. Any ideas what the problem is, also is it an electrician or plumber that would fix this???? thanks for help

Sounds like an electrical fault. Did you check your fuse box?
