Lost laser and credit card..online banking

Im with AIB bank and lost my laser and credit card!!I ordered a new one straight away!!Will i have to re-register for internet banking as i cant log on as it says one of the accounts has being cancelled...or will it do this automatically when the cards are issuied?? any help much appreciated

It's possible that it has to do with the credit card being cancelled, but seems odd. I know it sounds obvious - but have you thought of calling them to find out?
