Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

As soccerc has shown in this case his image was used.

He probably would have gotten paid whether or not his images were used or not.

Its not always about selling a single image to get paid.

I'm not an employee of sportsfile so would not have been paid had none of my images been accepted.

Some people here supply to Inpho and Sportsfile.

As well as that, some people supply to sites such as extratime.ie and other football/sports sites.

Sorry John - I thought you are covering the match for them as a freelancer but not on a pay per pic use basis

Yes. Want to try stirring it a bit more while you're at it? Also for your information, all of us asked where we could position ourselves before the game.

Not stirring anything I thought it would be an interestin thread steming from another thread. where some people brought up that there was very little point in covering big games as there was slim chance of them ever being paid for any of the images Because the big two sport agencies had control of the market. Sorry you have taken it up wrong guess we wont be getting any links from you then

All you need to do is click the link in the sig. Otherwise, the agency I supply in England requires an account to view the images so you won't see anything on the main page.

I cant see sigs for some reason. but found you viva twitter. Some great images please tell me you made some money from them by selling them to the media Is there much of an outlet for an Irish friendly game in the english media??

I make money because it's my job. Not relying on needing to get the photos published, although the agency requires a minimum amount of stock images etc.

Does the English agency you work for have more irish photographers that they pay without having to plublish the images. Is that freelance ?

Would you like to disclose all the information about you? I wouldn't think so other than a username. I don't only work in Ireland either.
