Hello, My dad has never had a full license, his provisional expired recently (he passed the theory test to get this license). I'm not entirely sure what he's supposed to do, is another theory test required? Cheers for any and all information.

My dad has never had a full license, his provisional expired recently (he passed the theory test to get this license).

I'm not entirely sure what he's supposed to do, is another theory test required?

Judging by this, its a learner permit and not a provisional that expired.

AFAIK you have 5 years to renew an expired learner permit. I could be wrong on that.

just head off to the tax office and get it renewed = no theory test needed.
