Small claims form issue

From the National Consumer Agency website it says - "Once you have completed the form, send it back with the €15 fee. You must take the case to the District Court of the district in which the contract was made."

I'm not sure what address to put in the Respondant section as I bought an item online from a foreign company with an office/warehouse in Dublin. Any ideas what District Court address I should put in? Im living in Athlone myself.

Yea but I would prefer to do it in Athlone because if it actually ends up in the court I won't have to take a full day off work to travel up to Dublin.

If you ordered online you entered into the contract at the address from which you placed the order - so if you did it from home you should be able to bring the case in your local court in Athlone.
