Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's quite an interesting issue, which could have major repurcussions if John Keenan's court case against IE went a certain way.

And perhaps the tip of the iceberg. Hopefully they'll all sink.

Is it really that surprising that 2 people on opposite sides in a court case would have different recollections of the same event?

No, but when it concerns a heavily subsidised semi state company that has gone from happy go lucky spendalot to arrogant retrenchment, then its worth talking about.

But what possible light can be shed on this by anyone here? Before the case is decided upon.

Not pointing at any one in particular, but seeing as this will be before a court, and there appears to be a conflict in the evidence, can people ground things in fact and not speculate too much?

Personally I will only speculate on what I know. One of the individuals resides in my region and locally, a lot is known, and many can't hold their piss. Its great!:D

For the record I now have a qualification in media law so I know what can and can't be said.;)

The simple reputations of IE managers is at stake, but the evidence and ultimate judgement will blow the roof off for sure.:D
