it's at the top of the a block i think you baicly go to the very top of the kaite o brian stair's and you should get it there's nothing elce up there just that room

Find Kate O Brien in the courtyard and keep going up! Tis not always open though but you'll get a schedule from the conselling dept they're in CM073 from what I remember!
