Eircom Email Spam/Phishing warning?

    Hi everyone,

    Received this email purporting to be from Eircom - it looks very dodgy and I just wanted to see if anyone else got something like this and to confirm if it is dodgy - here's the text:

    Sent: 27 May 2010 17:39
    To: undisclosed-recipients:
    Subject: Web Mail Activation

    Dear webmail Eircom.net User

    This message is from web mail admin messaging center to all web mail
    eircom.net account owners.
    We are currently upgrading our data base and e-mail account center.
    We are canceling unused web mail email account to create more space for
    new accounts.

    To prevent your account from closing you will have to update it below

    to know it's status as a currently used account.
    Your e-mail account needs to be improved, with our new F-Secure R
    HTK4S anti-virus/anti-spam 2010-version .

    Warning Any account owner that refuses to update his/her account
    within Three days of this update notification will loose the
    account permanently.

    It is secure and safe and you can change your information 74 hours after
    you receive email from us of confirmation.

    Not trying to be a dick but do you really have to ask when it comes from "mailto:ajernvavdirk@hotmail.com" and asks for your username and password?
