    We'll probably find out more at Botcon in a few weeks, I'd be surprised if the figures aren't shown off there by Hasbro.

    It's a part in Hasbro's (or maybe just Brian Goldner's?) attempt to create a firm continuity for Transformers. Movie, game, cartoon, all linked together .......somehow.

    Hasbro's bio for the toy of WFC BB states he can't talk... and i'm guessing BB DOES talk in WFC, so they're already selectively ignoring said continuity before it's even established.

    ....aside from the fact we actually know very little about the cartoon so far. Of course there are going to be elements in it that are similar to (Groan)
    "Generation 1"... but there's a couple of second hand rumors that are very UN-G1.

    As often happens however, (some) people will see what they want, what they think SHOULD be there, rather than what actually is.

    Just to clarify the reason I said that was because orci's been talking about prime's g1-ness.

    That said of course he would as not to alienate that demographic :)
