Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hey, I'm sure you are all sick of these threads and I do apologise :o

I'm fairly active guy and am training for a few kayaking events so going to the gym. Only problem is my cardio is getting very boring, I can only look at the same spot for so long so I am thinking of getting a bike. Would a hybrid be okay considering I would want to use it for transport as well as training? Or what would be better? I really have no clue.

welcome this is the place to ask the right questions! Lumen and Blorg have loads of info and also others do too.

you need to figure out a budget, if you can use a Bike to Work Scheme through your office.

And the main purpose for the bike, you plan on doing long spins with climbs??
