Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Another quick question about hard drives...

    Hi,

I've just bought another hard drive as I was talking about in another thread. When I plugged in this drive, it changed the "classification" of another drive.

What I'm trying to say is; In 'my computer', one of my previous drives (with all my RAWs) was classified as (G: ) and now it is (D: )

This is causing Lightroom to get all confused, i.e photos are in the wrong place.

I thought if I plugged the drive into the same USB it would keep the same name :o

Anyone know how to change it back? I'm using Windows 7.

Just got it sorted there. Sometimes I forget about Google :D

Can a mod lock or delete this?

    Thanks

If you take OUT the new drive, and plug the old drive back in.. you might find that it's drive letter changes.

but.. since you're talking about Windows, if you need to, you can manage to change the drive letters from the Disk Manager. (Start >> Programs >> Administration Tools >> Computer Management, and then choose Disk Management from there.)
