Seamless switching process - smart to utv?

    Hi. I am switching from Smart to UTV with a bitstream product. Anyone ever have any problems with this? I can't afford downtime! Anything to watch out for or anything that I can do to make sure everything goes clockwork?

    Just to close this out - for the benefit of others should they make this switch...
    There was no downtime between services. However, I've been trying to get a hold of utv support for the last three days in order to sort this out. Spent 17mins waiting in the queue on their tech support line.
