Can I claim back Irish tax online??

    A quick 5 minute phone call to the tax office should sort this:

    (353)(1)7023011

    Call them and ask for your P50 Balance statement for the last 4 tax years (excluding current tax year) This is as far as you can go back

    They'll send you a cheque if your due any money.

    I did this about a month ago and got back E700 from 2009 ;)

    Is that number just for Dublin or can anyone ring it??

    Its the international number AFAIK, I called it from Sydney, I think you'd be better off ringing them as I got my cheque within 2 weeks

    I've emailed them...will see, sure if you ring them you could be a year older by the time you'd get through.

    Well I was through to them within 5 minutes, however last time I emailed them it took ages for them to get back to me
