Gluten Flour for lo carb bread - any idea where to buy ?

    Looked around in a couple of the heathfood shops to no avail - would be grateful if any one has every come across this is any other shop in or around Dublin.

    This is what I'm looking for more or less, but any brand would do.

    its just vital wheat gluten...not gluten flour.
    What do you need it for?

    I've never found it in Ireland - it is available from www.flourbin.com who are based in the UK. It's 1.85gbp for 500g. They have a min order or 10gbp and I don't know how much shipping is to Ireland.
